Poor Screech

posted Sunday, 18 June 2006

I've been thinking about houses a lot lately.  My father-in-law is moving and everywhere I look I see people losing their homes.  These are tough times.  I've been reading about people with adjustable rate mortgages in real trouble.  Many have their house payments go way up and they are unable to refinance.  At the same time I see others buying gigantic homes.  The inequity is hard to swallow.

I don't watch much television.  The only shows I watch are Intervention, House., and The World Series of Poker.  Most of those have been recorded to dvd to be watched later.

I got an email telling me that the actor Dustin Diamond who played Screech on the TV show, Saved By The Bell will be losing his house if he doesn't come up with some serious cash.  I've never seen the show but my daughter has.

If you would like to send him some money or are just curious, click on his picture.
